Satisfaction Guarantee

For over 20 years we have offered boaters the highest quality, customized foam cushions that are both stylish and practical. Our foam products are guaranteed not to absorb water and the UV inhibitors in the vinyl coating make them very weather resistant. Should any of our cushions fail within the first year of receiving them due to poor workmanship or materials, BottomSiders (at its discretion) will repair or replace the product or give the customer a full, pro-rated refund. Cancellation Policy

Each BottomSiders cushion is custom made to your specifications. A 50% deposit is required at the time your order is placed and is fully refundable, minus a 5% cancellation fee, up to one year after the deposit is secured provided that manufacturing has not begun. Unfortunately, once manufacturing has started cancellations are not possible nor can the full cost of the cushion set be refunded.

However, standard accessory size cushions be cancelled at anytime, provided there has been no customization of the order including graphics, modification to standard sizes, custom colors, etc. A nominal 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Return Policy

Authorization is required before returning any item for credit or replacement. Due to the custom nature of our products, repair or replacement is subject to review. Please call or email us to discuss the situation. Returns must be properly packed for shipping and free of damage. Please contact us for packaging requirements.

Return Shipment Expense

If a returned item falls under our Satisfaction Guarantee parameters, BottomSiders will issue a UPS call tag for the return shipment. All other returned shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Custom orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Additional charges for oversized packages will apply. If you desire faster delivery, 3rd Day 2nd Day or next Day service is available. We ship via UPS, FED EX, US MAIL or other specified carriers. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas will require airfreight.

Typical shipping costs for complete cushions sets are as follows:

  • Shipping costs per set to Washington state are $35.00
  • Continental US outside WA is $70-$75
Shipping to Destinations Outside the United States: If your cushions are being shipped to a country other than the United States, there may be duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees incurred upon delivery to your shipping destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and if not paid, the carrier may return the goods to BottomSiders. Charges for return shipment will be the customer's responsibility. If the goods are returned to BottomSiders, outward and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Clearance Items

All clearance cushions are sold as is and are non-returnable.
